1. Introduction

Welcome to Vote America LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up and using our application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription Plans: Our App offers a monthly subscription plan, which provides access to all features and content.
• Free Trial: We offer 1-month free trial to new users. During this period, you can access the full functionality of the App at no cost.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings on the App Store. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must sign up and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Conduct: You must not misuse the App, including but not limited to: interfering with the App’s operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, or using the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Vote America LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vote America LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
